The seminar, entitled “Disarm from Tension”, focused on the physical and psychological aspects of tension, and methods to apply tension-free work to hand-to-hand combat, weapons, ground work, and multiple attackers.

Vladimir Vasiliev, Director and Chief Instructor of Systema Headquarters (Toronto), trained directly under Mikhail Ryabko, Director and Chief Instructor of Systema Headquarters (Moscow).

Martin Wheeler is  one of the world’s leading hand-to-hand combat masters and an expert in the Russian martial art of Systema.
